Who we are

As a player
You don't need an account. Escalafon only stores your team name and the first names the organizer entered, plus what happens during the event: check-in, scores and help requests. No email addresses, phone numbers or photos.
When you pick your team, your phone gets a small cookie with a random code. It only links this phone to your team, so you see your matches. Escalafon has no ads, no tracking and no analytics.
As an organizer
We store your email address (and your password, if you set one, stored in a form nobody can read back) so you can log in, and the events and teams you create.
Who sees what
Everyone with an event's join code sees its team names, first names, schedule, scores and standings. Only the event's organizer can change them.
Where and how long
The data is stored with Supabase (database, in Ireland, EU) and the app runs on Vercel (hosting, in Dublin, EU). The join code stops working 3 days after the event, and the event with everything in it is deleted automatically 14 days after it ends (the organizer can delete it sooner).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or remove your data. The quickest way is to ask the organizer of your event: they can change or delete it straight away. You can also write to [Contact email].
